you can always try fanfiction.net I don’t know what kind of story’s your looking to write though… On FanFiction.net you can write Twilight, Harry Potter, etc… There’s a lot more sections but I can’t remember all of them.
Adultfanfiction.net is a good place to go, and the admins take story thieves seriously, even as far to report them to the authorities.
Many people will review the stories, offering advice, ideas, and even some people will jokingly threaten silly things for an update on the story.
I’m a writer and reader there, and most of the people are awesome, and give some really good advice. ^-^
