Where Is A Site To Read Some Decent Science Fiction Stories?

I love science fiction. I’ve seen nearly every episode of every show that has been made, and I’m faily sure I’ve seen most movies as well. Does anybody know of a site where aspiring SF writers contribute their own creative works for others to read? I am not really interested in fictionpress.com as a source of science fiction stories, as most of the material on there is not pre-screened, is not well-rated, and generally isn’t very good. Does anybody know of any different sites where science fiction is collected, rated for interest, and showcased?
